I found the breakfast excellent. The staff, especially Omur and Melek, were very attentive. The beds felt comfortable. The location was close to a shopping center.

The room I stayed in did not match the website photos. I needed a cap to use the indoor pool. I had to purchase one for 50 lira. The hotel is about 30 minutes from tourist areas. I needed to take a train.

The staff were helpful and kind, especially mert and nihan, who were very attentive. i also appreciated ezgi, melek, simge and merve. the breakfast and room service were great, really fit for a sultan! i'll definitely be coming back. The rooms matched the photos, with many useful amenities.

i noticed a very slight inconvenience, the hotel didn't offer a dedicated lobby space.

the staff was nice and friendly. the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. ms. nihan provided excellent advice about local dining. i appreciated the proximity to shopping malls and the subway line.

the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and it made sleeping difficult, the room felt too warm. i hope they can improve this soon.

i noticed the hair dryer was placed very close to the sink, which could be a potential hazard with water nearby.
