the staff was really friendly. the room was clean. the indian dishes were great, and the wine was priced well. i really enjoyed how well-ventilated and well-equipped with essentials the room was.
the executive room i booked could use a little more light in the bathroom.

The hotel is attached to the poachers gastro pub. this pub serves delicious indian cuisine both in the hotel and gastro pub. room service is also available. The breakfast was the best i've had for a while.

the reception team showed great politeness i found the free car park very useful it allowed me to have peace of mind. the evening meal was excellent i would happily return just to experience the food again the chef clearly has a talent.
the curtains in my room did not fully cover the window i had to adjust them myself to ensure complete coverage

They handled everything efficiently! the lobby area felt modern and attractive, it was a great first impression. the free car park was very convenient, i didn't have to worry about finding a space. i found the room to be clean, and the bed was comfortable, it made for a restful sleep.
the corridors looked a bit rundown, and the door to my room didn't quite match the interior's style.
