The staff was lovely. Carol served breakfast, she was very helpful. The room included magazines and pillow spray. The building has character.
My bedroom heating was not working correctly. The bathroom felt freezing. At 1am, a loud noise woke us up. I turned the radiator off. The room became very cold.

the breakfast had a good variety of options. the staff rearranged the bookings. i got another room due to ventilation issues with the first room. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious.
i live in the country in a rural hotel but i have never stayed in a hotel that is so hot in february. the pillows felt quite cheap and uncomfortable. the noise of some sort of pump beneath us didn't help me in the challenge of falling asleep.
