the beautiful family room had really nice amenities. wireless chargers were next to each side of the bed, which i found useful. i also liked the lovely bathroom with a tub and shower. the staff were cute and happy to help

the staff helped with every request. parking was great. the food in the restaurant was lovely! they even offered an early breakfast (earlier than advertised) since we were leaving early for an event. i thought this was a lovely touch!
the bathroom had been cleaned, but it felt very tired. it looked dirty in places. i think they should renovate it.

The staff welcomed my dog warmly. The menu offered several vegan options. I appreciated that. Mike, Shannon, Lyn, and the rest of the team were pretty good too ensure a relaxing stay. I certainly look forward to visiting again SOON!
I did find that the hot water took forever to get hot. I hope they can improve that SOON.
