fantastic stay, really
wooden beamsroom designwonderful staffin-room facilities
we stayed in a double room and it was just amazing. original wooden beams really complemented the room's design. the staff were wonderful and the service, lovely. the in-room facilities provided everything i needed.
The room was slightly too hot at night. we did adjust the thermostat. it remained quite warm. it didn't ruin our stay, but it was something i noticed.

the room decor was very nice with high end finishes including a very nice bathroom, i enjoyed comfy beds, and i used good quality towels. the full english breakfast was great, it was quite satisfying. i found the staff to be lovely, friendly and helpful.
there was one half finished toilet roll in the room, i had to ask for spares!

the room wasn't what i hoped for the bathroom wasn't clean there were hairs in the shower drain plus the room was too hot there was no way to adjust the temperature i found that frustrating
