the rooms were so lovely and clean i liked the movable mirror in the bathroom when applying make up the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were spot on and i'm quite fussy about pillows i loved biscuits and the fact that there were tea making facility. the best thing was the smell of those gorgeous diffusers.

my stay was spoilt by the lack of air conditioning in the room there was a portable device which was inadequate and was too noisy to run at night as the room overlooked the main road an open window was not an option the room was like an oven.

food was excellent although priced a little high that i found but in keeping with the excellent quality breakfast was superb, with a variety of choices available and fresh ingredients used i really enjoyed it.

the hotel has an excellent entrance with lots of space the hotel is located near plenty of green areas and it is within walking distance of the city center, providing convenient access to various amenities.

the hotel had super clean rooms that i appreciated also the room included tea making facilities and delicious biscuits there was also a convenient car park available who had travelled by car.

the location was convenient for seeing the area the staff were helpful

our room faced the street i heard traffic noise most of the night the pillows were also flat and not very supportive breakfast was okay but the pastries were stale the coffee tasted burnt it was disappointing
