The staff was very friendly (I appreciated that). Good value and the parking was great.

The room was COLD. Radiators needed bleeding and were clearly turned down. The bathroom was very cold. The bed was also quite uncomfortable.

extra pillows free chocolate spacious room

The reception staff was awesome, especially because they gave me extra pillows and towels when I asked! They even had free chocolates at the front desk, super cool! My room was a Twin Room it had tons of space and tall ceilings, I loved it!

The bathroom ventilator made quite a bit of noise I didn't like.

the room had a fridge, a real plus with the weather (very useful!). the bed was comfortable. i found enough sockets for all my devices. the staff quickly addressed my request for extra towels.

the room lacked a tv remote, something i missed during my downtime.

The hotel has ample free parking, a real plus. My room was large with a double and two single beds. I found it easy to walk into town. It took approximately 10-15 minutes.

The bathroom ventilator made a lot of noise. After flushing, the toilet made an unpleasant sound when it was almost full. (I really didn't like that!) Unfortunately, there was no mat for the bathroom.

The room was spacious and included a double bed. complimentary tea and coffee were available in the room. the hotel provided ample free parking! it's always a relief not to worry about parking fees. The location was central to many amenities.
