the staff were very helpful. i liked the fact that there was a separate kitchen facility with a fridge. this meant i could buy bits for breakfast. the location was also quite good.

the room was not as clean as i'd hoped. the toilet was dirty and the bin was full. i was very disappointed, and this made me consider staying elsewhere.

The bathroom reeked of rotten eggs in the morning, it may have come from the drains. I arrived, and the staff told me they weren't sure if the room was ready. I had to get a drink and sit down, then they charged me for the drink. How charming.

The staff in the bar and kitchen were friendly and helpful. I found the bed comfortable and the large bathroom had plenty of hot water. Everything was quite clean. A pleasant experience. The hotel offered plenty of parking spaces. I appreciated the ease of finding a spot.

The duvet cover looked unironed.

The room was lovely and it had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the added bonus of kitchen facilities in the room. The staff working in the pub were very polite. Check-in was easy and I quickly received the Wi-Fi password when requested.

The bathroom was a letdown it seems it missed a proper cleaning. i counted seven spiders enjoying their ceiling webs plus a deceased spider in the shower. basic supplies were absent. No toilet rolls or even a small soap bar. the floor looked like it had not seen a mop in ages too bad.
