solid stay near the underground

convenient location friendly staff

the location was very convenient, right by the underground station. the staff was friendly and quick to help when i needed anything. i found the breakfast selection quite good, with enough options to satisfy different tastes.

i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in my room. there were visible scratches and dents that could use some attention.

Mixed feelings about the stay

small room street noise

The room was quite SMALL. It barely had enough space for luggage. I found the noise from the street disruptive, DESPITE the double glazing. A delivery across the street occurred late at night and VERY early in the morning.

complimentary water helpful staff great location

the room included complimentary water and milk in the fridge, which i thought was a nice touch! the location is great with the train station just across the street, so it was easy to get around. the staff was friendly and helpful

The room was a bit small, difficult to fully unpack my suitcase. It was a minor inconvenience though

the breakfast service felt average food was not replaced in time fruit croissants were missing the food was lukewarm often it was a letdown
