amazing stay!

helpful staff central location clean room open bar
The staff went above and beyond. They let me access my room early so i could change (i was attending a wedding nearby!). the hotel location is very central, i walked everywhere. the room was super clean and very comfortable. when i came back late, the bar was still open so i could grab a drink (cheers to that!).
the pillows were a little too soft for my preference (i prefer firm pillows!).

central location and friendly service

easy access ample space friendly staff public car park
the location was definitely great, offering easy access from the train station and various places i needed to visit. the room size suited me well, providing ample space to relax after a long day. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found a large public car park just behind the hotel, a convenience i appreciated.
loud music did play until 1am every night, quite disruptive. as i was traveling for work and had to be up at 7am, sleep was difficult to achieve. this, unfortunately. ear plugs didn't solve the problem, as i needed to hear my alarm.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel provided convenient parking with free access after 6pm until the next morning, a definite perk. they also suggested alternative dining options since they didn't serve breakfast at the hotel. this thoughtful guidance was quite helpful.
Location

the hotel is centrally positioned, contributing to its accessibility and appeal. being situated just a short walk from the train station enhances its convenience. this location also makes it easy to reach various attractions.
Rooms

Acceptable Stay with Some Downsides.

disturbing noise broken radiator
The hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed quick access to the town center.
The noise levels were an issue. The karaoke downstairs continued until 1 AM. the bathroom radiator did not work, a situation making the bathroom quite cold. I thought that was unacceptable.

Lovely moments experienced

lovely decor amazing quality
i found lovely decor with exposed brick, it has a certain appeal. the bed, bedding, and towels were of amazing quality. i noted the staff was very kind, always ready to help.
the bathroom had some stains on the towel rail and shower tiling grout, so more cleaning is needed. the door did not close properly, it made an irritating squeal, so some fixes are necessary. i hope they fix these imperfections, to elevate the overall experience.

friendly staff accessible location pub noise night disturbance
The staff was quite friendly and helpful . The location was easily accessible by public transport.
My room, the Double Room Private Bathroom, was directly above the pub and quite noisy at night. Music continued until 1 am ONE night. I THINK informing guests about this potential disturbance would be beneficial

lovely staff clean room
The staff was very lovely. The room was very clean. The hotel provided plates, cutlery, and napkins when I ordered takeaway. They gave me some free bar stuff.
The room became a little stuffy after a shower. I just used the fan provided.
