absent concierge unprofessional attire
Upon arrival, no concierge was available, THAT is highly unusual for a hotel of this stated caliber. I also noted a staff member behind reception dressed in gym clothes, a choice I found unprofessional (to say the least).

early closure missing assistance
i was not happy with several things. first, the main restaurant closed early and the only available food were bar snacks. there was also no one available to help me with my luggage when i arrived, and i had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs. this seemed like a lack of attention i didn't expect.

adequate stay with issues
early noise annoying storage
the restaurant was great .
i was woken early because staff loaded a trolley outside the door then chatted loudly for fifteen minutes it was very annoying they stored toiletries in a cabinet there.
