peaceful location clean pool tasty breakfast

the location was peaceful with large grounds perfect. the pool was very clean and well maintained, a definite plus. i found the breakfast had great variety and was tasty. the staff was friendly!

the pool was clean and available for use at the end of the day.

the location was hard to find , even when typing the postcode into a sat nav. i spent a considerable amount of time driving around the area , and i found the signage unclear. this caused unnecessary stress at the start of my stay.

helpful staff beautiful grounds difficult location limited options

the staff were helpful. they moved us to another room quickly after a small issue with the lights. the grounds are beautiful, and everyone was so helpful.

the location was hard to find. even with a sat nav, i had some trouble. the breakfast offered limited options for those with dietary restrictions.

cute team good food amazing breakfast

the reception team was very cute and informative, i really appreciated that. i found the food to be good. the bar staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from.

it was hard to find, even when i put the postcode into my sat nav, which i did find a little frustrating.

grounds are large. st leonards forest is a close walk away. the forest offers plentiful walking paths, which i found ideal for a morning stroll.
