the staff impressed me with their attentiveness. i found a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette that included an oven. the fridge also had complimentary beers, water, nuts, and chocolate. bespoke information for local attractions enhanced my experience.

the room cleaning was not satisfactory. used towels were re-hung and were still damp. i also noticed hair on the floor, which suggests a lack of thorough cleaning.

The location is quite convenient. numerous restaurants are just a block away. major attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. This made exploring the area quite easy.

The room was spacious and included everything needed for an extended stay. A very well-stocked kitchenette and a sitting area allowed me to enjoy home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the complimentary biscuits and fruit. The location proved convenient as it ensured proximity to transport.

The decor was good. But, there are some homeless people around. I presume it is because the hotel is close to a train station and a bus terminal.

The gym features new equipment. The hotel includes a self-serve laundry in the basement with two washing machines at GBP4 per wash. Two dryers are also available for GBP3 per dry.

the hotel lobby has a beautiful scent throughout. staff were kind during check in. the room had a kitchenette, perfect for coffee and breakfasts.

i came back around 4 p.m., and the room hadn't been cleaned. towels i used the day before seemed hung back up and were still damp. hair was on the floor.

The studio apartment had a lounge area and a well equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher! The fridge also contained beers, water, nuts and chocolate. I also found nice touches in the apartment like books and bespoke information for local attractions and restaurants. An iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe were provided too.

The room cleaning was a little slow. One day I returned around 4 p.m. and it hadn't been cleaned yet. I had to ask for it again.
