Nice Hospitality at the Heart

I just came back from a four-night stay. The accommodation and food were really good. My room had towels, it was very clean, warm, and equipped with things a guest might need. I found the extensive breakfast menu excellent. The staff were pleasant and obliging. The whole atmosphere felt friendly and relaxing.

The room decoration felt tired. The room was small. there was no closing clasp on the window. The window opened onto a large fire escape, and security was an issue.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They readily helped with touring information, also providing marked maps, so our outings were well-planned and very enjoyable, thanks to their kind assistance.

The room had useful USB plugs. The location provided convenient access to the sea, only two minutes away. Check-in and check-out were simple. The hotel offered parking for cars and motorcycles. Breakfast included freshly prepared options. I ordered a warm breakfast, and it was included in the price.

The hotel decor looked a bit worn in some spots.

The room was a pleasant surprise. It had a large window with seating. Sean at the bar was very kind and helpful. He gave me excellent touring recommendations and even provided marked maps.. The onsite parking was especially helpful, which I greatly appreciated.

I noticed a slight musty smell upon entering my room. It seemed more prominent inside the wardrobe. I suspect it may be related to the old sash windows needing replacement.

My single room had crisp, clean sheets. Breakfast service included an excellent selection. I appreciated the convenient parking. It accommodated my motorcycle perfectly.

The sash windows are old and probably need to be replaced soon.
