Really good Stay and Service
amazing buffet excellent service equipped gym
The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered a great variety of options. The staff provided excellent service, showing friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the well-equipped gym. It allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine (even on vacation!).
The music from downstairs was audible on the lower floors, slightly disruptive.

The hotel has a well kept gym. The pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded spots. There is also a spacious and comfortable lounge area with ample sunlight (a perfect place for relaxation!).

i returned to this beautiful hotel and it was great. the staff are very helpful and focus on guest comfort. ravindu, a chef, made an amazing french toast. he ensured both taste and presentation were perfect!!!
i found the selection of drinks at the pool bar limited. i struggled to find something suitable. i had expected a better range of options.

the hotel has a pool in front of the ocean. the hotel provides amazing views from the oceanside rooms. the sky views over the water are gorgeous.

friendly staff ocean view lovely touch
the staff was friendly and someone stepped from behind the reception. this helped me avoid waiting in line to accelerate check-in. i was offered an upgrade to an ocean view room. it was a lovely touch.
at breakfast i asked for coffee. the lady took my order but i did not get my coffee after asking twice

I found the buffet selection at breakfast to be the standard i now compare others with. the horizon lounge staff were professional. They were very accommodating too.
the reservations department was unresponsive at times i needed them.
