Lovely stay!

clean room polite staff beautiful view

I spent three nights here and really enjoyed my time. The food was great and all staff were polite. The room was always kept clean by the room keeper and the view from the room was beautiful. I especially appreciated the welcome and evening sweets.

The bedside lights flickered sometimes. A minor inconvenience but worth mentioning.

The buffet breakfast included a wide selection of Sri Lankan and Indian food. I found a lot of choices and the service people in restaurant were very friendly. One person, Chathura, was really good, always helping guests beyond his assigned area.

The hotel has oceanfront views that are gorgeous and the setting feels calm. The pool area is close to the beach and is kept very clean. The beach offers a relaxing place with the big pool being another great option

clean room amazing view good food missing lamps pool towels coffee quality

the room service team kept my room clean . i had a room on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. the fusion restaurant provided a good experience with lots of choices including sri lankan and indian food.

i noticed there were no reading lamps in the room and i struggled with this. i also noticed the pool towels weren't functioning optimally.

superb facilities amazing staff

The staff provided amazing service. They really go above and beyond! The facilities are superb, and I enjoyed the pool views overlooking the ocean. I had a very clean hotel with excellent service!

I found the rooms to be very comfortable. the ocean view from my beautiful room sea view was just amazing. I especially enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had many options.

Housekeeping was a bit slow one day. My room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon!

the hotel has direct beach access with ample loungers available to guests, it made relaxing by the ocean easy. the grounds and pool areas were maintained well. tuk-tuk rides to the nearby fort area took only about ten minutes.

the pool area included plenty of clean towels. the pool attendants maintained it in order. the bay pool bar team served good drinks and always cared about guests. the hotel also offers live music in the evenings.
