Fantastic Experience at this Hotel

outdoor area polite staff great experience plenty choices

I attended an event at the outdoor dining area by the bar and the atmosphere was wonderful. The hi-tea that was arranged for us had plenty of choices to select. The staff were very polite and attentive. The chefs put in their best efforts to give us all a great experience.

The breakfast menu became a little repetitive .

new selections respectful staff spacious suite

The breakfast had many choices but, the menu was ALMOST the same each day. New daily selections would keep breakfast exciting. The staffs are trained and courteous. The suite included excellent equipment and a lot of space.

The Klimaanlage in the room is very loud.

credit card copy potential fraud

the staff was friendly and polite.

i stayed for several nights, and the front desk asked for a copy of my credit card. this felt odd, as i have never been asked that before in nearly 40 countries. it made ME worry about potential fraud.
