the beds were COMFORTABLE. and the food was very good.
i booked this place for a three night stay and i had high expectations. the room had a really bad smell, like a MUSTY smell. we were moved to a different room and the smell was the same. it seems this place cannot be more than 3 star.

my room was a grand heritage lake view king i saw nice details everywhere i looked. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was great to have that.
the gym only had two treadmills that was limiting.

I appreciated the beautiful surroundings . The journey to the resort was good. My family accompanied me, and we all enjoyed the pool (it was so clean!). I thought the indoor games and gym were really good.
The a la carte restaurant sometimes mentioned over an hour wait for food.

Lovely Stay, No Complaints!

I found a free boat ride arranged by the hotel, a sweet bonus! I was welcomed warmly by all the staff, so friendly. Breakfast had many choices and everything was great, really top quality food. The lobby offered beautiful views overlooking the lake, I could just sit there forever!
The gym had limited equipment, making it a bit crowded during peak hours, i waited like ten minutes.

The hotel is set right on the banks of Ashtamudi Lake, i loved it. The views all around were lovely, a treat for the eyes. Nearby tourist spots were easy to reach, like Jatayu Adventure Center.

My room was very spacious with a jacuzzi. The balcony was large and had amazing views, i saw the lake. Very neat place and well maintained, such high standards.

The infinity pool overlooked the lake, it looked magical. A complimentary house boat cruise was available , super cool! The hotel has a restaurant with a varied menu, there was something for everyone.

Disappointing Experience. Issues with Room and Service

The location offered lake views. they were acceptable.
The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It struggled to cool the space. Despite reporting this issue and moving rooms, the problem persisted. The on-site restaurant had limited food options and long wait times for a la carte items. We were directed to order room service instead of enjoying the dining experience.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the front desk staff, including Fatima, Anju, and Vineeth, to be helpful in every way. Mr Sam offered kind hospitality. The rooms offer rustic vibes and include a front porch facing the lake. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary boat tour around the lake at 5 p.m. followed by coffee, tea, and snacks at the main hall. The food service was notable. Bijil Raj and Nandu provided great service, as did the entire staff. I must acknowledge the room itself, located outside the main building with a private pool at the back, and the pool area had complete privacy covered with parasol. I also want to express my appreciation for the fast and cooperative check-in process, especially thanks to Mr Arun Kumar.

the premium king room was quite spacious. it included a jacuzzi and separate bath. this worked well for our needs. the complimentary high tea was very pleasant. the dinner and breakfast offered delicious food with lots of varieties.
the hotel quoted one price. i found the rooms on expedia for less. the hotel was unwilling to match the price or offer any discount. the room had poor housekeeping. i observed visible dust balls on the floor and dirt marks.
