admirable stay by the lake

extensive gardens quiet environment

the hotel located near kandalama lake offers amazing views. the gardens are extensive and well maintained. i found many spots to relax. the natural environment is preserved and very quiet.

i stayed for two nights and the weather was rainy. umbrellas were not available in the room. i asked for them, but i was told there were none.

wonderful stay at a tranquil retreat

warm greeting meticulous service attentive staff

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. ravindra and the housekeeping team provided meticulous service. i found the all staff were great too ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always attentive.

the hotel sits next to the lake providing serene views! walking around the lake in the evening provides a calm experience. the grounds are extensive and provided opportunities for quiet moments.

Service and room quality mismatch

outdated bathroom delayed service

I visited this place last year. The room assigned had clearly seen better days. The bathroom was quite outdated. The hot water ran out quickly during showers, a thing that really annoys me. there was no menu in the room, so I must walk to the bar for room service. It is not what I call enjoyable, and ordering took about an hour. Such a waste of precious time. there where no umbrellas when it rained.
