Fantastic rooftop experience!

I found the rooftop pool and gym to be amazing. The views were really something. The bed was super comfortable, and my room had lovely floor-to-ceiling windows. I felt charmed! I didn't have to wait long at all for the high-speed lifts. They were very efficient.

The location is near supermarkets, convenient.

The check-in process lacked thoroughness. I received the key with minimal direction. The room lacked readily available information regarding hotel amenities. Obtaining a drinks menu for room service required multiple calls and, ultimately, resorting to an outside delivery service.

I found the breakfast buffet excellent. It featured many Sri Lankan dishes, also international options. The parking area was convenient. It connected directly to the lift and rooms. The staff demonstrated friendliness.

I observed a repeated pattern of service problems. They were never properly addressed. I went to reception and clearly got told that a late checkout had been approved. On the morning of departure, there was no record of the request! This created unnecessary stress.

the rooftop pool IS heated I REALLY loved that. the gym has great equipment it's the best i have seen in a hotel. the views from the top floor WERE amazing

the minibar did not cool PROPERLY. i asked for opening hours in writing BUT they seemed surprised. plates got cleared TOO fast during meals
