Fantastic rooftop experience!

rooftop pool comfortable bed floor-to-ceiling windows high speed lifts

I found the rooftop pool and gym to be amazing. The views were really something. The bed was super comfortable, and my room had lovely floor-to-ceiling windows. I felt charmed! I didn't have to wait long at all for the high-speed lifts. They were very efficient.

Rooms

My room included floor to ceiling windows offering scenic views. The room was spotlessly clean. The comfortable king-sized bed was dressed with premium linen, and it promoted restful sleep. I really slept well.

The heated rooftop pool offered a great place for relaxation, and it has a bar nearby, providing drinks. The gym on the top floor includes modern equipment for exercise. It is a really nice feature. I loved the outdoor garden.

Acceptable stay with noticeable issues

incomplete check-in lacking information

The location is near supermarkets, convenient.

The check-in process lacked thoroughness. I received the key with minimal direction. The room lacked readily available information regarding hotel amenities. Obtaining a drinks menu for room service required multiple calls and, ultimately, resorting to an outside delivery service.

Decent stay. Some issues noted

breakfast buffet sri lankan dishes convenient parking service problem internal communication lack unnecessary stress

I found the breakfast buffet excellent. It featured many Sri Lankan dishes, also international options. The parking area was convenient. It connected directly to the lift and rooms. The staff demonstrated friendliness.

I observed a repeated pattern of service problems. They were never properly addressed. I went to reception and clearly got told that a late checkout had been approved. On the morning of departure, there was no record of the request! This created unnecessary stress.
