A nice experience!

The resort sits between the ocean and a river, blending luxury and genuine hospitality. The architecture is beautiful, the atmosphere is tranquil, and the views are fine! The staff were pretty good. I fell ill. One staff member brought me lime juice, and it worked!

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement

slow serviceair conditioning issue
i found a couple of issues . the air conditioning was acting up, and it took a while for someone to come fix it. also, getting ice from f&b took an unreasonable amount of time. the general manager didn't seem too concerned, and it was a bit of a letdown. so, the stay wasn't quite what i was hoping for

Very nice Stay, Highly Recommended!

great staffswimming poolfood taste
The 55-meter swimming pool provided prompt poolside service. Our daughter enjoyed the kids activity center very much. It kept her engaged. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
I found that the food experience needs improvement regarding taste. Variety is important. There's definitely room to develop in that area to match the otherwise high standards of this hotel. I hope the food options will improve.
