poor information dirty floor
I found some aspects of the service to be below par. Upon arrival, I found no information was provided about restaurant locations or hours, inconvenient. In the room itself, there lacked basic information like numbers for reception and room service. the floor wasn't properly cleaned after housekeeping visited, leaving it still somewhat dirty.

a romantic escape
serene garden calming atmosphere
I felt embraced by beauty at every turn. our luxury seafront king room was spacious, allowing light to flood in each morning and offering serene garden views. It reminded me of a private sanctuary. the hotel's architecture and design features created a deeply calming atmosphere.. it was a blissful experience.
The absence of readily available pool attendants made securing prompt service somewhat challenging. i hope this improves for future stays. It would complement the otherwise attentive service.

the beach was immaculate with soft, fine sand, a true delight. my premium pool access king room provided direct entry to the pool, a feature i valued highly. the room itself included a large balcony, perfect for quiet contemplation. the grounds were very well maintained..

i stayed in a premium terrace king room for three nights. the room had a spacious terrace with comfortable seating. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
the gym only had two working treadmills.

inconsistent service affected stay
slow responsiveness uninterested staff
I found some problems here that really impacted my experience. first, the responsiveness was lacking. I requested extra towels, but they never arrived. also, the food quality at the buffet was inconsistent, with some dishes being cold and others overcooked. it's annoying when those details are missed at this price point. the front desk staff didn't seem interested in helping too much.

sandy beach big pool organized zone
i really enjoyed the big pool. it has well-organized zones that offer a relaxing experience. the weather was dry. the sandy beach added to a perfect getaway. i found water sports available though they are more expensive than third-party vendors.
the reception staff had some trouble finding my id at check-in.
