i stayed in a premier life oceanfront view king room the room included a king size bed i found individual climate control the room featured blackout curtains i enjoyed the view of the ocean from my room. the hotel has a large infinity pool i noticed attentive lifeguard service at the pool area the sun loungers looked very inviting i could order drinks right by the poolside. i visited the kurundu spa i received a massage the atmosphere felt calm and beautiful the staff looked warm and professional

housekeeping did not replace tea coffee etc i did not find any milk only creamer

the hotel had excellent service levels, and staff interaction was top notch. they were really nice too assist my needs. they really went the extra mile to answer questions and complete all services i requested. i felt completely cared for.

this was a minor inconvenience during my otherwise excellent stay.

the hotel offers two swimming pools, a detail i loved! the facade of the hotel looks straight out of a sci-fi movie, so futuristic. the staff provided help with a trip to benthota, it was seamless.

A Few Misses at a High-End Hotel

The valet parking was an issue. I was told valet parking was free upon check-in, yet the valet staff asked for payment when I retrieved my vehicle. I waited fifteen minutes while they verified the information. This occurred twice. I spotted cockroaches on the floor in my room. It was very unpleasant. I was traveling home, so I worried one might get into my luggage!!!

The staff provided really good service from arrival to departure. our room, a premier life cityscape view king room, was very comfortable. the location is convenient. It allowed easy exploration of nearby areas.

i found dim lighting and smudged plates. the hospitality team did not seem very warm. one of the pools had visible algae on the bottom.

vijaykumar kannan and malkanthi provided good customer service. they did amazing work and that's very nice. there was good teamwork.

i noticed dim lighting and smudged plates. the hospitality team seemed allergic to genuine warmth.

the kurundu spa provided a calm and inviting atmosphere. the hotel also features beautiful cloud inspired artworks throughout the hotel adding to the overall aesthetic appeal it creates a serene and visually appealing environment that enhances the guest experience i particularly appreciated the thoughtful design and artistic touches. i enjoyed relaxing by the dreams and beats infinity pool the views were lovely i also sampled some delicious food and drinks by the pool.

i found the lack of easily accessible filtered water disappointing while glass bottled water is provided the reliance on single use plastics for mini toiletry products is not ideal i hope they take the opportunity to install filtered water stations in the future. i also noticed some limitations with charging items to the room everything needed to be paid for immediately it would have been more convenient to have the option to charge purchases to the room. the welcome drink tasted quite odd it reminded me of toothpaste it was not a very pleasant start to the stay.
