i thought the hotel was great. the room had fine views of the ocean and greenery.. it was perfect. the staff were amazing and the gym had quality machines.
housekeeping seemed inconsistent . i also noticed stains on the ceilings.. there were holes in curtains. the hotel can be noisy sometimes, as there is loud music from early morning until late evening.

The spacious room provided ample storage, including an iron and board. a hairdryer. I found a lovely bath, a shower and a vanity mirror in the bathroom. There was a big bed, feather pillows, and a duvet.

The hotel included all the facilities we needed, even for kids. There were great swimming pools and direct access to the beach. A nice buggy took us from the car park to reception, taking our bags and cute us with a cool drink.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sahan, from room service, was polite, attentive, professional, and friendly. Madruanga in housekeeping was also very good and friendly in his job. (they were very helpful)

The hotel is on the beach, surrounded by many restaurants on the beachfront and surrounding streets. I booked an additional night because of the good location. It is close to great restaurants and bars, everything felt safe.

My room was spacious with ample storage. It also featured an iron and ironing board. The bathroom included a lovely bath and a great shower. A vanity mirror was also present in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Feather pillows and a duvet added to the comfort.
The breakfast chairs seemed unclean.

the room felt very humid and damp. the bed always seemed wet and fungus grew on the curtains. i found the lack of sunlight in my sea-facing room really disappointing.

The location is excellent near the beach. I'm pretty sure the facilities are great. The team's hospitality was really good, the staff was warm and so helpful. I felt pampered from arrival. They made sure my comfort was a priority.
