poor managementfrustrating experience

I was not impressed. We wanted to upgrade to a triple room before arrival, but it was handled poorly. we ended up paying more for a lower category room (beautiful double room) even with a discount. the restaurant experience was frustrating too. We were told to wait, but other guests were let in ahead of us. there seemed to be a real management failure.

my stay reminded me of a dream. the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness. nikki from the hostess team, always ready with a smile and helpful word. i particularly remember the beautiful gardens, i found peacocks roaming freely, a enchanting sight.

i found that some of the communal toilet areas lacked consistent soap, which raised a slight concern.

the gym equipment was plentiful , i counted many machines.

The check-in process dragged on , taking over 40 minutes , even though there were few guests present. the location is rather isolated , and there's not much in the immediate vicinity to explore. calling room service was quite the ordeal. It took over an hour just to place an order.
