The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. the room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail. the buffet at the restaurant offered a wide selection of choices.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. the wi-fi signal was weak and unreliable in certain areas of the hotel. This was a hindrance.

The hotel has a gym with three treadmills. it offers various weight machines. The pool area includes twenty loungers and shaded sections. We loved the pool. I found a gift shop near the lobby that sells local crafts. Packed lunches are available. I took one before a safari.

large pool fresh hoppers

The hotel is located close to the gardens. The pool was very large and offered a place to relax after sightseeing. Staff assisted with every request. I liked the fresh hoppers.

The main restaurant had a leak when it rained. The hotel didn't have umbrellas, and I had to walk back to my room without protection. This was an inconvenience.

The hotel's location was a major plus. It made visiting nearby attractions easy, such as the ECO PARK. The pool was well-kept. I enjoyed the wide array of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, including both local and European options!

The shower cleanliness needs improvement. Cleaners used the same cloth to wipe glasses. I experienced delayed responses from room service for essential items like toilet paper! Opening the fridge door was difficult, posing a risk of scraping fingers on the wood.

My stay wasn't great! I had issues with the dinner buffet. Some dishes were bland and tasteless, very disappointing. the bread rolls were rock hard so i couldn't eat them.

amazing views friendly staff

the location is beautiful and peaceful. it had amazing views of rock. the rooms felt very comfy and tidy, i appreciated that. the staff were very friendly and helpful to me.

the rooms are not very well lit. it was too dark for me. the floors in rooms were slippery. i think they need better maintenance.
