The hotel has a gym with three treadmills. it offers various weight machines. The pool area includes twenty loungers and shaded sections. We loved the pool. I found a gift shop near the lobby that sells local crafts. Packed lunches are available. I took one before a safari.

The hotel is located close to the gardens. The pool was very large and offered a place to relax after sightseeing. Staff assisted with every request. I liked the fresh hoppers.

The main restaurant had a leak when it rained. The hotel didn't have umbrellas, and I had to walk back to my room without protection. This was an inconvenience.

The hotel's location was a major plus. It made visiting nearby attractions easy, such as the ECO PARK. The pool was well-kept. I enjoyed the wide array of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, including both local and European options!

The shower cleanliness needs improvement. Cleaners used the same cloth to wipe glasses. I experienced delayed responses from room service for essential items like toilet paper! Opening the fridge door was difficult, posing a risk of scraping fingers on the wood.

the location is beautiful and peaceful. it had amazing views of rock. the rooms felt super clean and cozy, i appreciated that. the staff were very friendly and helpful to me.
