wonderful short stay

the pool offered amazing views. the staff were among the friendliest i encountered at a hotel, always working to ensure my stay was lovely. the facilities seemed unbelievable. i would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

the comfort of the beds was questionable. the hotel only provided polyester sheets. quilts and pillows were also polyester. for a hotel charging this price, all bedding should be cotton sheets.

the pool provided a highlight after a long day of exploring. the half day safari i booked through the hotel was amazing. we stayed in a family room, it had plenty of space, the experience was perfect for our needs!

the comfort of the beds was a notable issue. the sheets, quilts, and pillows were all 100% polyester, and they should have been cotton. it resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. i will consider bringing my sheets the next time.

There were many food options at the main restaurant. the breakfast buffet included a mix of local and continental choices. the egg hoppers at breakfast were a must try. The hoppers were indeed a hit.

the grounds are so magical, with gardens and a pool perfect for children. i could see lion's rock so clear from the amazing pool. the hotel got three restaurants, and the sri lankan one was my favourite, i recommend it.

the room i stayed in wasnt cleaned well, and i found some bits from other people under the bed.

The hotel had a really large pool. I saw the gym had a very kind trainer. He really knew his stuff and spent a long time helping me. Breakfast included a huge selection of items. The food tasted good!!!
