relaxing jungle stay
spacious room comfortable bed complimentary water
i spent four nights there and enjoyed my stay. the rooms were quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. i especially appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. the pool area was great and i never had trouble finding a spot even when the hotel seemed busy.
the minibar checking process seemed a bit unreliable. it would be better if the minibar was checked in my presence at checkout. this would prevent unnecessary charges and ensure accuracy.

the staff at the hotel were very attentive to my needs. they were always on hand to help and seemed genuinely interested in. i especially liked how quick they were to respond to requests.

the hotel had a beautiful pool area that was well maintained. it also has a lovely walking track around the lake. i enjoyed seeing the vegetable and butterfly gardens as well and the variety of plant life.

i found the staff very cute when i arrived. the room was spacious and well appointed. the breakfast buffet presented many options and was of excellent quality.

friendly staff super clean room food smorgasboard personal escort
The Front Office staff gave a personal escort to my room. They gave a rundown on the gadgets. Dinner at the restaurant included a huge food smorgasboard. Staff was friendly and explained what the dishes were. My room was super clean, and I got a napkin in the shape of an elephant. The staff knew where I preferred to sit when I came into the restaurant. It was special!
I found it tough to get more water.

underwhelming stay
rude staff insect bites
the hotel is beautiful and located well.
we booked three rooms, and i was so dissapointed. the reception was full of guests, mainly indian, it seemed like a fish market. front office staff kept us waiting a hour with insects biting us.
