relaxing jungle stay

i spent four nights there and enjoyed my stay. the rooms were quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. i especially appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. the pool area was great and i never had trouble finding a spot even when the hotel seemed busy.
the minibar checking process seemed a bit unreliable. it would be better if the minibar was checked in my presence at checkout. this would prevent unnecessary charges and ensure accuracy.

the surrounding area provided a serene escape in nature. plenty of wildlife lives right outside your door including monkeys and many bird species. the position of the hotel makes it easy to visit many cultural sites.

The Front Office staff gave a personal escort to my room. They gave a rundown on the gadgets. Dinner at the restaurant included a huge food smorgasboard. Staff was friendly and explained what the dishes were. My room was super clean, and I got a napkin in the shape of an elephant. The staff knew where I preferred to sit when I came into the restaurant. It was special!

the hotel is beautiful and located well.
we booked three rooms, and i was so dissapointed. the reception was full of guests, mainly indian, it reminded me of a fish market. front office staff kept us waiting a hour with insects biting us.
