The staff welcomed us warmly and allowed early check-in. a birthday cake was a nice surprise during breakfast. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. i liked the shower products. the gym had good equipment and great city views, we loved it. we also took the free city tour. It was nice to see some sites.

there was no insulation between the rooms. on my first night, i barely slept because of noise from the adjacent room. the man next door talked loudly on the phone all night. the hotel left the room vacant after that.

the rooftop pool was a highlight. i enjoyed the infinity edge and the clear water. the shopping mall on the 8th floor included a virtual reality area for children. this hotel provided a great bonus for families.

The rooftop area was really special, especially the infinity pool and bars. i found the gym had everything i needed. the breakfast buffet was so good. It was the best buffet i had during my trip. i liked the complimentary city tour, as i learned a lot.

The wifi was sometimes a bit unreliable. I wished it was more consistent throughout the hotel.
