My room had air conditioning that worked effectively. The breakfast buffet offered many choices (the omelets were a highlight). Staff members at the restaurant were attentive and quick.

The hotel exterior showed signs of age. The check-in process took longer than expected. The gym had limited equipment. Only two treadmills were functional.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, right from the gate to the reception. the room cleaner did a great job and was very professional. i really appreciated the assistance i received from everyone . Everyone was kind and attentive.

during my stay, i did notice some maintenance issues in the room. some electrical sockets and switches were broken. it would be great if these could be addressed to ensure safety.

i liked the convenient proximity to the airport, it was about 45 minutes by car. the swimming pool area was lovely, and staff promptly prepared sunbeds with cushions and towels. i appreciated the plentiful choices at the breakfast buffet.

the key card for our room only worked for one day! then either housekeeping let us in, or we had to go to reception for reprogramming! it was a recurrent inconvenience.

The room smelled damp. That was not great. the mini fridge was also filthy, i didn't even want to put anything in it. the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. the staff moved me to another room eventually, but it took hours. not ideal at all.
