the location proved convenient, being quite close to the charles bridge. the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. the room was adequately spacious, complete with a functional mini fridge.

the breakfast selection was limited, not offering much variety. hot water availability posed a challenge, frequently being only lukewarm. i also noticed a lack of sufficient power outlets in the room.

inconsistent shower temperaturedust accumulation

The lighting in the room was not ideal, especially for reading. i also found the shower temperature inconsistent. It fluctuated between warm and cold. the lack of sufficient hot water during peak hours was disappointing and impacted the comfort of my stay. i think the hotel should address this issue to improve guest satisfaction. finally, i noticed dust accumulation in some corners.

lukewarm watermissing kettle

I found a couple of issues that need attention. The shower water was only lukewarm, not hot. I expect a hot shower, especially given the time of year. The room also lacked a kettle, although the description mentioned tea and coffee making facilities. The sole self-service coffee machine at breakfast struggled when the breakfast room was busy. There was often a long wait for coffee.
