I loved the location. it was close to charles bridge and great restaurants. the rooms are beautiful, air conditioned and clean. That really helped. the staff is very attentive and friendly. I felt so welcome. they offer a valet and i was so thankful for that.
the gym was a bit small. i wish it had more equipment.

I adored the hotel's location. It allowed convenient access to the city. The staff exhibited amazing attention to detail and delivered excellent service throughout my stay. The suite was spacious and featured high-end amenities, including a very large bathroom. The complimentary evening cheese and wine was a good touch and created a convivial atmosphere.
The minibar prices were a bit high.

This place is beautiful. The decor uses carefully chosen pieces in both rooms and common spaces. Everything is super clean, in every corner. Staff stands out, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurants. They are attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Breakfast is tasty, I ate so much!
The minibar had an error on my bill. They tried to charge me for items I never used. This issue was corrected, but I did not like the initial mistake at all.
