I enjoyed my room upgrade to a garden suite! the room was beautiful with excellent facilities. the location was super. A short walk to the city center. plenty of bakeries are close, as are restaurants, buses and supermarkets!

the bedroom became quite hot. the sauna in our bathroom made the bedroom very hot.

Very good location. Very easy access to the center, about 7-10 minutes on foot. there are many transportation options available. It's a very high-class apartment with only a 5-minute walk from the main station.

i found our room so clean and quiet. the breakfast had many options and tasty food. location was near the train station so it was easy. it was a lovely trip with my darling husband and i do want to come back to this wonderful place soon.

the hotel had some problem with refilling water. i think free water should always be avalible. the missing water did made me a little less happy.

The air conditioning SUCKED. My room was hotter than outside, bad. i complained, but the staff seemed Clueless. They did not offer another room or a fan. I had a terrible night's sleep because of the HEAT.

The room was excellent and bigger than i expected. It was probably recently renovated or very well maintained. The shower and WC were SUPER clean, and the shower was the MOST comfortable I have ever experienced!!! The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. They helped with a late check-in. They had great suggestions for excursions outside the city and savings on local attractions.

I had an issue with the loud music playing until 5 AM from the bar in the hotel. When I called down to reception, the receptionist was very rude. She said she did not know how to turn off the iPad playing the music. She was not very helpful and was rude. I suggest some further training on her customer service.

The room was a good size and the bed felt very comfortable. Breakfast was varied with a good selection, including fresh omelets made to order (i enjoyed this very much). The hotel's proximity to the train station made travel easy.

The bar did not have many snack options available. I found this limiting when wanting a simple snack with drinks. A wider variety would improve the experience.
