I appreciated the room decor. It was tastefully designed. the canal view from the room was nice. the hotel bar provided a RELAXING space before bedtime. the staff offered helpful recommendations about places to visit.

The room was not perfectly clean. I noticed some dusty areas and hairs in the bathroom. there was no standing shower option available, just a shower head at bath level. also, the pillows were quite small.

the hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the touristic center, with a balance of convenience and quiet. this location is near all attractions, yet not directly amidst heavy tourist traffic. the railway station is easily accessible.

this place was very nice. my room was beautifully decorated. the bed was really large and comfortable. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and separate sinks. the hotel provided bruges suggestions and a map, something i appreciated.

The hotel does spray some strong scents. I found this slightly too overpowering.

The location was superb. my room overlooked the canal and had a really amazing view. the breakfast was also excellent. It had a good spread.

the night staff could have been friendlier. their welcome felt very short and their communication over the intercom seemed a little cold. i reminded me of i was bothering them when i asked for a power adapter.
