The room offered a spacious layout. it featured a large bathroom with a separate shower and tub, we loved it. the breakfast selection included a wide variety of options. The buffet was well stocked. the hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival, very nice. there was live piano music in the lobby. This created a pleasant atmosphere.
the tv in my room seemed a bit dated, but it was not a big deal.

i stayed in a beautiful king city view. valet parking worked smoothly and i received my car promptly in the morning. breakfast included salmon and it tasted great.
the shower was not functioning properly at times. the water flowed hot and cold intermittently. also the air conditioning did not work well .

I found several issues . The TV in the room did not work properly. the remote control was faulty. I noticed a broken mirror in the bathroom, a safety concern. These things combined to reduce the quality of my visit.

the building's sympathetic conversion retained its historical charm. rooms were well-presented and spacious. i used the spa and booked a massage, which i recommend. the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and main attractions.
i found that the tv was somewhat dated, hindering the overall experience.

the breakfast each morning included many options. a sauna was available, it was nice. staff was cute, i liked that a lot. the building location is near a tram stop, a very convenient thing.
the shower didn't work good sometimes. it went from hot to cold quickly. the air conditioning didn't work good. corridors were hot.
