The superior room was spacious. i liked the coffee machine. It worked perfectly. the location near the main train station was a definite bonus for my travel plans. the complimentary ginger biscuits were an unexpected good treat.

the walk to the old town took around twenty minutes.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Each has a screen for entertainment. complimentary apples and tangerines are available in the reception area. christmas decorations created a festive atmosphere.

The hotel has a great design. The rooms were really beautiful, big and convenient. The bed is comfortable, I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back, the hotel is near the train station.

The front desk team needs to be more attentive. I encountered issues with my room phone, nobody apologized, nor extended any help proactively.

Mixed Feelings about This Stay

The newness of the hotel was apparent, offering a modern aesthetic throughout.

The AC unit in my standard room did not function as expected. I was unable to lower the temperature below 24 degrees, so the room felt uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping also failed to provide any service between Friday and Sunday, no fresh towels or tidying of the room during my entire stay. This lack of service in a new hotel is unacceptable.

the breakfast was good. it had many choices.

the air conditioning unit in the room was not functioning correctly. i attempted to adjust the temperature, but it remained too warm was good. despite reporting the issue to the reception desk, no resolution was provided .
