my double room was spacious. the super clean condition was excellent. the breakfast featured an à la carte menu, which i appreciated. Christophe, a staff member, was especially helpful , AMAZING. Leonardo's Lady with Ermin in the museum was right next door.
the bar closed earlyish, a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast was uninspired! I took a sip of the juice and knew something was amiss. It tasted spoiled. I gave it to my husband for confirmation, and HE agreed, spoiled! We alerted the staff, and there were no apologies offered! only a casual 'so i take the glass right? '. no compensation came from reception, i hope my medicine will work.

The room lacked natural light. It was difficult to read. the bathroom radiator was too small so the bathroom was cold. there were only three dinner choices. How limited.

the hotel is centrally located. it is a few minutes walk to public transport. the staff is young and professional. everyone from the front desk to room service.
the room lacked natural light. it was difficult to see without turning on lights. the bathroom radiator was small. the tv had limited english channels.
