the location was acceptable , near transportation.
the room keys were outdated magnetic strip cards and rarely worked , i needed new keys every time i left the room. the hotel should fix this problem.

the location is excellent. it is a short walk to the train station. there is also a tram stop just outside the hotel. i found the reception to be available 24/7.
i found the bedding stuffing was quite thin.

the location rocks it is super close to the train station i saw it right there i walked to the main square in like five minutes too the hotel was super clean the staff were so friendly i felt really welcome. breakfast was a knockout such good food and some unique stuff i would totally come back just for that the quality blew me away. the guy at reception called mateusz was awesome he totally helped me out when the driver i booked didn't show up great service for sure
the magnetic strip cards they use for room keys are a pain they hardly ever worked i kept having to get new ones every time i left my room

the room had a good size with a nice finish and felt clean.
the ironing situation was a bit weird. they don't provide an iron in the room and you have to go to some creepy basement ironing room. as a solo traveler, i didn't appreciate going down there. the cups in the room looked like they hadn't been washed properly, with some stains.

The room included a coffee and tea maker. Staff was always friendly and eager to help at any time. The location proves excellent. It is a short walk from the train station. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. The included breakfast had vegetarian options. I found service efficient and prompt. The room included what I needed. The hotel location provides a perfect starting point to explore. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds felt comfy. The restaurant provided lovely food. The hotel proves close to both the train station and the shopping center. I requested a quiet room and the hotel assigned one. Staff was excellent. They fulfilled my request. Breakfast provides great value. The location is excellent. It is close to the train station and the historic center.

I found the hotel very convenient. It sits right across from a shopping mall and the train station. The location made it easy to get around. I also appreciated the underground parking, very convenient. The staff were professional and helpful .
I noticed that the coffee supply in the room was minimal. I had to ask for more often than I expected.
