the breakfast was good to start the day. the room was clean. it had a big bath! the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

the room was tiny. the bedding was difficult to sleep in. the a/c didn't keep up with the weather. it was not very comfortable.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I found the room very clean upon arrival. The breakfast included a large selection of cheeses and sausages. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of the sauna (I did ask the administrator in advance to turn it on). The location is very convenient, close to the main square and the castle.

The lack of on-site parking was a minor issue, but I managed using a nearby multi-story facility.

the room had a balcony with a river view i liked that the room had a capsule coffee machine the smart tv worked well.

the gym is quite small it has just one bench a treadmill and a bike.

The staff was indeed helpful providing directions to local transportation. Breakfast included fresh fruit, cheeses, and Polish sausage. I found a free bottle of still and sparkling water daily in my room, and this was a nice touch. The rooftop restaurant provided fine views, including the Wawel Castle and the river.

The fitness center is small. It features just one weight bench, a few dumbbells, a treadmill, and a bike.
