Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I found the room very clean upon arrival. The breakfast included a large selection of cheeses and sausages. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of the sauna (I did ask the administrator in advance to turn it on). The location is very convenient, close to the main square and the castle.
The lack of on-site parking was a minor issue, but I managed using a nearby multi-story facility.

Really good Stay with River Views

helpful stafffresh fruitsparkling waterrooftop restaurant
The staff was indeed helpful providing directions to local transportation. Breakfast included fresh fruit, cheeses, and Polish sausage. I found a free bottle of still and sparkling water daily in my room, and this was a nice touch. The rooftop restaurant provided fine views, including the Wawel Castle and the river.
The fitness center is small. It features just one weight bench, a few dumbbells, a treadmill, and a bike.
Location
9/10
The hotel is a short walk to the city center, about five minutes. It is conveniently near the river. The hotel is also close to the Wawel Castle.
Service
10/10
The reception staff was speedy and knowledgeable. They helped me with directions to local attractions! The staff allowed a late check-out at midday! Securing luggage in their storage room was easy.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered many options. There were cereals, fresh fruit, and cheeses. Hot breakfast included streaky bacon, Polish sausage, and scrambled eggs. The hotel bar remained open until midnight.
Rooms
9/10
The room included coffee-making facilities and a Nespresso machine! There were plenty of coffee pod choices. My room featured a lounge area with a bedroom plus en-suite, offering a shower over the bath. I had a toilet in both sections.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides complimentary still and sparkling water daily. Wardrobe space was plentiful, with a free safe. A rooftop restaurant overlooks the river. The hotel is undergoing a major renewal, so the rooms are well-designed.
