really good city stay

unique spa valentine's getaway
my second visit confirmed its excellence, especially regarding location, spa amenities, and overall ambiance. staff went beyond expectations to handle food allergies. i particularly appreciated the upgrade provided, which enhanced our valentine's getaway .
the lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. i found the early morning noise from housekeeping to be disruptive.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

dim lighting street noise
The minibar was not restocked daily, a minor inconvenience. I also found the lighting in the room to be quite dim, especially at the desk. It made working in the evening difficult. The desk lamp was inadequate. The location was great, though the street noise at night did disrupt my sleep.

Really good Spa and Central Location!

helpful staff amazing breakfast best wine
The staff was very helpful upon arrival and gave great advice on local attractions. I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast. So many options were available! The staff also recommended the best wine for our dinner in the hotel. Their recommendation was perfect.
The bedroom lights were a little confusing.

The room was much more than I expected, surpassing the online photos. The bed was really comfortable. I got a warm and good night's sleep. The bathroom featured lovely products and heated flooring.

The staff was attentive and communicative throughout my stay. When my partner left jewelry in the room during check-out by mistake, the staff found it. They even delivered it to the airport so that we could catch our flight on time!

The location was great, really central. Spa in the basement had many showers and plunge pools. Breakfast included many choices.
The noise from the street was loud at night. Staff in the restaurant had bad attitude. Parking was not easy.
