the staff was friendly. the room was spacious, it had everything i needed. i especially liked that the grounds were great for walks with my dog! it was a plus for us.

it wasn't dog friendly, even though it claims to be. dogs aren't allowed inside, except in the guest room. the rules for dogs are only in the bedroom directory upon arrival, which wasn't ideal.

the grounds were fine with leaves falling and ducks on the ponds. the pool area offered a nice view of the river (i really enjoyed the scene).

the room quality is excellent. i had a very nice room, including a sitting area. the bathroom offered both a shower and a bathtub.

i found the breakfast selection lacking for the price. the room decor in the new part is sparse. the furniture was not very usable.

The hotel is located in a lovely park , and it was calming. The pain au chocolat at breakfast were homemade , and very tasty.

I stayed for three nights , and I noticed some toiletries were not replaced daily. Also , the bar had many spider webs and spiders hanging from the windows.
