The reception staff were very friendly! my room was large. It was perfectly clean. the location is central and picturesque. It is also tucked away. i liked that the parking was available, this is consistent and of good value.
The breakfast could be better, i had to wait a long time for lukewarm coffee. the buffet had very little fruit and stale croissants. the receptionist on departure was rude. She tried to charge me extra for coffee.

musty smellindifferent staff
the room felt smaller than i expected, and the layout was a little strange. there was a noticeable musty smell, and i discovered a stain on the carpet near the desk. the promised room for our second night wasn't available at all. staff seemed indifferent, and they didn't propose alternatives so we just had to change hotels instead.

the reception team were friendly, and the decor was classy and modern! the beds were comfy. my room had a fridge and complimentary water in glass bottles? i really appreciated the spacious bathrooms.
The parking needs to be reserved in advance! otherwise, it becomes difficult to find a parking spot close by. It's a slight inconvenience.

The room supposedly had soundproofing, yet i could hear everything. the bass from some event downstairs throbbed until nearly midnight. it made relaxing before my early meeting impossible, and honestly, i expected more from a place that charges these prices. also, the 'free' toiletries were pretty basic. I've gotten better soap at budget hotels.

I found the service throughout the hotel to be excellent. The room was beautiful and featured a very comfortable bed, I slept like a log! The hotel thoughtfully acknowledged my birthday and even provided a gift in the room. I definitely plan to return soon.
The light pollution from outside made the room a bit too bright at night with light coming in around the curtains. It wasn't a big deal, but something to note

the hotel had a really great location near to everything i wanted to see.
My room, a club double room, was not properly cleaned upon arrival. there were hairs in the bathroom sink. the shower drain was clogged. i reported it, but maintenance only addressed the drain. The sink remained uncleaned. this.

the room decor was good , and the facilities were standard.
the wifi didn't work properly in my room , and the signal kept dropping out. the bathroom really needed a shelf for toiletries because there was no room to put anything around the sink.
