the room was super comfortable and cozy.

The room was dirty with cobwebs everywhere and the shower was also dirty. we asked to move tables in the restaurant because we were sitting directly under the air conditioner, it was freezing, but they told us we could not move. staffing seemed an issue because we waited a long time for a drink in the bar. Every table had used glasses.

the staff was helpful and professional I found them smiling. the location is great and there was easy parking close to the hotel. the decor effectively merges modern design with the older building.

the room opened directly onto a courtyard it was dark late and the hotel looked very busy inside

i loved the hotel's beautiful decorative room, a nice touch! the courtyard was so lovely for drinks. its access opened right onto the main street, very convenient for exploring (i could have stayed there forever!).

my only wish would be for a fridge stocked with fresh milk in the superior room, it would have been perfect. also, finding an iron and ironing board already in the wardrobe would have been very helpful.

The reception wasn't especially warm. Our "junior suite" felt more like a regular room, especially considering the price. The body lotion dispenser was filled with body wash. When I asked for lotion, a staff member tried to refill the dispenser while we were showering. Incredibly awkward. Cleaners didn't bother hoovering, so there was mud all over (you know. that's what really makes a stay enjoyable).
