charming stay!!!

friendly staff evening manager fantastic quality

the staff were very friendly. adam, the evening manager, was especially awesome. the breakfast quality was fantastic!!! the staff were polite and professional at all times.

the room was old. it also had very poor decorative condition. i was like a new bed and mattress was warranted.

convenient location friendly staff free parking

i found the location very convenient close to the center and local attractions. the staff was friendly offering assistance whenever needed. free parking was a definite plus adding to the convenience of my stay.

the lack of breakfast service was a little inconvenient requiring a search for nearby cafes.

helpful staff excellent food reasonable price

the staff were helpful. my husband is disabled, and they were very accommodating. we ate dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

the room needed some decoration.

convenient location outdoor area tired room uncomfortable bed

the location proved convenient. off-street parking was available. the outdoor eating area featured tables set on the grass. the area was quiet.

the room was tired. the bed felt uncomfortable. mould grew on the bathroom wall. the room smelled damp.

friendly staff tasty food convenient parking

the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions. the food at the pub downstairs was tasty i liked the fish and chips. the hotel offered convenient parking spaces were available without hassle.

the bathroom fittings showed some signs of wear but it was clean.
