central location friendly staff spacious room unclear tv dirty shower seal torn towels

The hotel is steps away from the famous Nanjing Road. I found the location convenient (for shopping!). The room was spacious. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The tv was quite old with an unclear picture. There was black dirt around the shower seal. The towels had holes (i found it unhygienic).
