the location was really great. it was directly on the shopping street with many food options around. the accommodation was clean and quiet. the staff was really amazing and friendly.

the location was excellent , near the shopping street. the breakfast selection was great , it was fine. cleaner yan yan was very friendly and cleaned the room well each day.

i experienced inconsistent service compared to other hotels i have visited. there was no welcome drink upon check-in , and when i asked , i was told mineral water in the room was the welcome drink. the wifi connection was quite poor in my room. it was difficult to get a reliable connection , and i had to use my mobile data often.

The hotel's location proved adequate as a central hub.

My checkout experience was not smooth. I called to have my luggage held for an early departure, nobody answered at Front Desk. I had to go down to the lobby, and the man stood next to the trolley, doing nothing. I had to load everything myself.
