mosquito problem no housekeeping

i was initially pleased. the room was spacious and the pool seemed inviting. however, the lack of housekeeping during my three-night stay was quite bothersome. also, each night i had to deal with several mosquitoes in the room, even though i kept the doors and windows closed. this resulted in numerous bites, definitely not relaxing, i must add.

Fantastic Boutique Stay

king size bed welcome amenity outdoor tv great feature

The king size bed offered really good comfort. The room included a fridge and a microwave, a very welcome amenity. There was also a TV available on the patio. The hot tub was a great feature.

Housekeeping services were not provided during my three-night stay. This meant no fresh towels or tidying, a slight inconvenience.

The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. I found a hot tub outside the room. There is key coded entry everywhere, so I felt safe.

Mediocre stay, needs improvements

mosquito problem no housekeeping

The location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.

Mosquitoes WERE a HUGE problem every night. Despite keeping all doors and windows closed, I woke up covered in bites, even on my face. There was no housekeeping service during my three-night stay, disappointing.
