The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions. the rooftop restaurant provided superb dining experiences with fine views (i really enjoyed the ambiance). the gym featured modern equipment. It was perfect for my daily workouts.
the minibar operated with a timed system. it automatically charged guests if the door remained open too long. i found the reception staff generally unengaged. the reception area also felt disconnected from the main entrance.

I found the staff consistently helpful throughout my stay. they promptly addressed my requests for extra towels and information about local attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary car service within a specified radius. It made getting around easy. the valet parking was efficient, despite the fee. My car was always ready quickly.
the elevator music was repetitive. i found this a very minor issue, but noticeable after a few days.

the hotel is conveniently situated near several shops and restaurants. there are at least five dining options within a short walk, including a highly rated italian restaurant and a trendy cafe. a grocery store is also just a few blocks away.

the location near sunset boulevard is perfect. the room was very clean and pretty, i really enjoyed the art deco touches and the comfy bed, it reminded me of a dream.
the valet parking fee felt expensive for each night. the television was a bit hard to use, i prefer a simpler system that i could easily manage.

i enjoyed the exquisite food and drinks available. the rooftop pool area has lovely city views. i found the staff very polite and helpful. the front desk even arranged a complimentary upgrade upon my arrival which i appreciated.
fresh air was limited because there was no balcony and the windows did not open

the fridge was full with beverages i would be charged for if i touched them. there was no way to use the fridge for my own snacks it was disappointing
