nice visit
friendly staff perfect arrangement
the staff remembered me. they knew my name which was excellent! we had rooms with balconies by the pool. it was a perfect arrangement for our group.
i noticed paper thin walls. the service felt more on par with a standard marriott. it did not match the price point.

my beautiful king room included a spacious bathroom. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also had a small seating area with a comfortable chair.

high price vibrating room
the valet service was frustrating. i was quoted one price initially, but the charge more than doubled upon exiting the restaurant. juan, the valet manager, didn't seem concerned and ignored my complaint. also room 532 was a problem. the room vibrated and had a very loud noise that sounded like the ac system. i had to move rooms twice .

stocked mini-bar complimentary bicycles beach chairs
the room featured a well-stocked mini-bar with various beverages and snacks it also contained a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. i appreciated the hotel's complimentary bicycles available i used them to explore the nearby promenade along the water the hotel also provided beach chairs and umbrellas upon request allowing for comfortable relaxation by the ocean the pool area had ample seating.
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours sometimes resulting in a short wait.
