EXCITING Stay!

beautiful hotel smooth delivery decorated bathroom comfortable bed

The hotel's decoration WOWED me at the entrance and throughout. I arranged a delivery before arrival. It went PERFECTLY. The room contained everything I needed, including a bathroom with a bathtub. I found the bed comfortable to sleep in. I enjoyed the helpful employees AND how HUGE the rooms were.

The SMELL was intense because of some perfume used everywhere. The free water bottles even smelled like it. I had to open my windows to air the place.

The rooms provide both a shower and tub, I appreciated it MUCH. The bathroom decor looks VERY beautiful. Rooms offered nice spaciousness, it.

The hotel provides a subway station entrance. This was HANDY on rainy days for travels. I stored luggage before check-in. The hotel did that for me. I felt happy.

The hotel had easy access to the metro, it is just opposite the hotel. Namdaemun market and Myeongdong are NEAR. The airport limousine stop stands a short walk from the hotel, I liked it.

Breakfast included nice food. The restaurant required more cheese for breakfast, I noted. The guitar player showed TALENT in the library. The staff seemed very attentive to the dining experience.

Staff showed helpfulness. They were adept at speaking english, it is a plus. The concierge stood always super attentive. The staff facilitated our early luggage storage, I'm grateful.

mixed feelings about this place

dim lighting smoke smell

I must say, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. it was hard to get ready in the dark. also, the ventilation wasn't great. I noticed a faint smoke smell a couple of nights. i think it might have been coming from the bar upstairs. it wasn't a huge deal, but a bit annoying.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep because it was quiet. The staff was attentive and helpful.

I noticed the absence of a laundry service. The quality of toilet paper was poor. Breakfast was expensive and the choice was not good for the price.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

uncomfortable check-in area overpowering smell

I noticed several issues . The check-in area was not very comfortable. It's a strange design choice (almost like they want you to leave). The hotel had an overpowering and strong smell that lingered everywhere. The elevators also felt unpleasantly cold.
